The work journeys are the main subject of this research project. They are thoroughly investigated using a qualitative research technique, chosen specifically for its ability to provide a deep, detailed, and nuanced understanding of the research subject. This approach strengthens the overall validity and reliability of the research findings. The empirical data are primarily gathered through meticulous observation. A case study will be presented, based on a sample of ten observation cases, providing a concrete and rich perspective for analysis. The article highlights the crucial importance of this central research object, along with other key concepts that are essential for understanding the complex phenomenon under study. Furthermore, it details the overall design of the thesis project, the systematic organization of the field research activities, and the ambitions related to the rigorous, methodical, and analytical exploitation of the data collected throughout the study.
